What is Medieval II Total War?Medieval II Total War is a game released by the Creative Assembly in 2006. It is a grand strategy game, in which you control a nation from the Medieval period in Europe, North Africa or the Middle East. You control your chosen country's economic, military, political and diplomatic affairs. The goal of the game is to conquer the "world" i.e the region of the world in the game. In order to do this, you need to train armies with military buildings and money. But too much troops will put you in debt, and to few will leave you open for invasion. What will you choose to change history itself? How do you play it?The game is currently on the steam library, currently going for 21 dollars. I however got it for sale back in 2016. The game is on Windows, Mac and Linux, however not on mobile devices yet. What do I think of it?Personally, I think this game is the best game ever due to the high versatility of the game, and the code being easy to manipulate. There are also many more reasons why I like it so much, such as the ability for it to be modded, as seen in Third Age Total War, a very popular mod for the game that immerses you into Tolkien's Middle Earth. So what exactly happened?Telltale Games has had issues of "toxic culture" as stated by Inquisitr.com's article on the subject., however to many it seemed to be abrupt. Mistreatment of employees such as extra work hours without pay plagued the company, also helped it to go down. But, it is worth noting that a skeleton crew of 25 people will be working on The Walking Dead: The Final Season episodes 2, 3, ad 4, helped by Skybound, and Minecraft Story Mode for Netflix, which will just be re releases of seasons 1 and 2. My thoughts on this...I do not like it one bit. I used to like, and still do like, Minecraft Story Mode. I had high hopes for a season 3, so this news made me disheartened, in addition to the shock value. I had seen many tweets that said Season 3 would happen, adding to the shock value. Also, the show had so much going for it, as the last episode of the last season had a cliffhanger ending, so it seemed like a lot of mysteries were left unsolved. To sum it up...

Quick SelectQuick select is a very useful tool due to the ability to move images. This has also been useful in many previous assignments such as the Andy Warhol stuff that we did back at the beginning of the year. It is a great alternative to the magic wand tool due to its ability to create more fine edges. Magic Wand ToolThe magic wand tool is a tool in Adobe Photoshop that is very similar to the Quick Select tool above, but it is more useful when you have a piece of ONE COLOR or very similar colors, much like we did back in the Layering a Sandwich activity back in Quarter 1. It takes much less time to use than the Polygon lasso tool or the magnetic lasso tool, if used in the proper circumstance. Which one is betterLike I have stated above, both have their uses and times that they are useful. However, if I had to pick one, I would have to choose Quick Select due to it's wide versatility and the ability to use it for almost anything. You will usually find that the most fundamental pieces of something are the most important, and that is the case here, due to these being, arguably, the two best tools in all of Photoshop. To sum it up...- The Quick Select tool is the best tool - Both the Magic Wand and Quick select have their uses - There are many other useful tools, these are just the best References“The Quick Selection Tool - Photoshop Selections.” Photoshop Essentials, 26 Sept. 2018, www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/selections/quick-selection-tool/.
