What did I learn?In this course, I learned how to apply C# skills to the Unity Game Engine. Because of this, my understanding of scripting has improved in many ways. First of all, I now have a clearer understanding of how to set up Visual Studio to my desires. Previously, I did not know how to enable Dark Mode, however, after searching for the setting, I was eventually able to find it. This allowed me to progress through the tutorials much easier than before. My favorite thing that I learned about was UI. I did not know how to use a Canvas to create UI, however in the racing game activity, I was introduced to simple UI which allowed me to understand it better than going straight to complicated UI like I had tried to before. How can I use these skills in my game?Since completing the tutorials, I have already began to implement several of these concepts into my parkour game. One such example is a UI Trigger. To do this, I had to use a new empty object and attach a Box Collider to it. Once I did this, I set that collider to be a Trigger, then I referenced that in a script I imported from the activity I had done as part of the course. I set a text to appear when the player passes Level One. It then appeared as a "Checkpoint Cleared" text in the game, which is what I wanted. In short
